If California is to achieve its goal to get off of fossil fuels in 15 years, the recent California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) decision, that undermines the solar rooftop and storage batteries rollout, must be undone. Solar Rights Alliance and two other non-profit environmental groups recently appealed to the CPUC to reverse their decision. If that appeal fails, they will take to the courts. This is a fight they - and we - must win.
