Join the San Mateo County Democratic Party in welcoming California's First Dog, Sutter Brown, to San Mateo County as he makes his tour of California in support of Get Out The Vote efforts for the Yes on Props 1 & 2 campaign.
Sutter is a proven campaigner, as we learned in 2012. This year, he’s lending a paw to our Get Out The Vote effort and putting in an extra bark for the water bond and rainy day fund. We’re also sending a few surprises and two extra ‘props’ to help bring awareness to the importance of voting in 2014.
Sutter will be at our Campaign Headquarters at 1328 El Camino Real in Belmont (two blocks south of Ralston Avenue) at 5pm on Wednesday, October 29th. Please RSVP here or call our Campaign Manager, April Vargas, at 650-207-2729.
We'll have human snacks, but this is a one-dog show. Please leave your furry friends at home, but come on down and have a great time with our state's First Dog, Sutter Brown!!!
If you'd like to find out more about Sutter, you can visit him on Facebook and follow him on Twitter. He also has an official page on the Governor's page.
To learn more about Proposition 1 & 2, please visit the official Yes On Props 1 & 2 website.
And to get everything you need to volunteer and vote on November 4, please check out the new CA Vote 2014 project page. It has information about endorsed candidates and propositions, where to find your local polling place, and how to volunteer to help Democrats all over the state. Check it out!
